If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect item → We cover the cost.
If the return is due to change of mind → Customer is responsible for return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but not received:
Customer must contact carrier first.
