The Blooming Vine, LLC is an online boutique selling custom design wreaths, floral arrangements and gifts. Please send e-mail a message if you have any questions.

Payment for orders must be paid in full when purchased. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

We ship our products through UPS and USPS. You will receive a delivery confirmation with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost shipments or packages  that are damaged during shipping. It is under UPS and USPS care after they are shipped. We ship only to street addresses and will not accept PO box addresses. We use quality boxes and packing material to ship your order.

If you want to return your wreath or arrangement, we keep 20% of the cost of the item (before shipping). We will refund you 80% due to the amount of time and custom work involved. You will be required to pay for the cost of shipping to return your item. We are not responsible for lost shipments or shipping damage.  UPS and USPS are responsible for damaged or lost items. You will need to contact UPS or USPS to notify them if you do not receive your item as a lost claim.

If you want to return other products that are not custom made for refund, you will need to do so within 15 days from the original purchase date. It must be unused and in the same condition you receive it. Notify us through an e-mail and a return authorization number will be issued. We will not accept returns without prior approval.
